Friday Night, Drinking.

Before I get too wasted on this ‘Raw Tea’ from Smirnoff, I want to let everyone know that yes, despite how busy I am I’m still going to do the Bara reviews and updates like I’ve been doing at the end of each month. I need to go over the freshman class of titles from the G-Men [Gekidan] series [I think the latest imprint release is Yebisubashi's Burst Beast] , and I’ll do it list style- like I did for Aqua’s Macho Type. Speaking of Yebisubashi…I got my hands on ‘Hospitarity’, and wow…the color illustrations in this book are amazing. If you appreciate illustrations of ’strong men’ – you must get this book.

Also, the Bourne Ultimatum. Yes – I will do that one, I swear!

Oh, and I still think I’m right about this, but Erica Friedman of ALC Publishing is just nicer and more concise about the sentiment, than I am.

And over at the gay historical fiction blog, the subject of gay marriage and how it might or should feature itself in historical gay works [erotica, fiction or comics] comes up? Should they live happily ever after? Well, not if you want to be historically accurate.

And someone’s linked to my blog over at Yaoi Daily Cafe. I checked my stats and it seems someone’s got a sweet tooth for Bara…is that allowed there? ^_^ Looks at the mod list…IS MY BLOG allowed to be mentioned there? *laughs* No rancor from me, it’s all good–I just hope some people are mature enough to keep their focus on the subject matter, and not pollute it with their thoughts on ‘how vile I am’ as a personality.
