On the personal front: My son will not being going anywhere tonight. It seems he hasn’t turned in his homework all week, told the teacher it was because his ‘mom threw it away’, and then decided to inform this rather annoying girl in his class that if she didn’t shut her yapper he was going to shove an apple in her mouth and have a luau. *I take sole responsibility for this phrase.* This got him ‘lunch time detention’ because he refused to apologize saying, ‘I said it, and I’m not taking it back.‘
He will not be passing Go, and collecting $10. He will be here tonight, X-Boxless, TVless, and Computerless…while thinking about how evil I am for not letting him go to the dance.
To all of you having children, or have spawn that haven’t reached the point of tween or teen, this is what you have to look forward to.
