I bought this one, because I thought for a moment that it might be less FURRY and more human than Beef Jam…I thought–whoa, a new book!  What was I thinking?  This is a continuation of the ‘Beef Jam’ series, the one I avoided.

I didn’t read the fine print.  This is mangaka Hibikichi’s second tankobon, but it’s still the same series.  >_<  It said so right on the product page that it contained ‘Beef Jam’ stories.    Why didn’t I read that?  Sure, the concept is cute [and a BL staple!]  Two boys find an injured cat – injured cat looks kinda human – injured cat grows up [along with boy] and becomes even more human [not human enough IMHO] and despite the cute neko-man on the back cover–it’s FURRY…yep, this shit would be banned at y!Gallery.  ^_-

Despite our cat-man becomming almost human by the end– it’s not soon or frequent enough.  Sorry.

Sadly, I didn’t finish– I tossed the book across the room.  [Actually, I mailed it to a friend who's ate up with YIFF.]  What did I learn?  Read the fine print…
