What’s new in Japanese gay romance manga…

But first, I’ve been asked to announce that Rainbow Shoppers has it’s first ‘for gay women’ manga called ‘Girls Only’ which collects stories that ran in Carmila vol.1-10 [I admit I know nothing about Carmilla or anything about lesbian romance manga. ]

Next is Muscle Aqua’s anthology which features rape [why of course...they are Aqua comics [OKLA]. But this collection is different see, because… the victims turn the tables. Wow…they’re so vanguard!!

Next we have Sumo wrestler pr0n, called 100 Boogie. Yep, male romance, smut, and drama with a troupe of Sumo wrestlers. This collects mangaka Kujira’s old-school series from the out of print Samson mags.

And the only anthy I’m actually interested in is Gekidan 13, and their latest theme is ‘power bottoms’.  Jinkies, that cover looks oddly familiar.  0_o.

while Uragekidan is now up to Vol4 and still resisting the label of ‘Boyslove’ by insisting they are all about ‘Men’s Love’. Voyeurism is the theme for Volume 4, not mention a clear lack of over the top muscle [no Tagame in this one...yay!].
